After launching the Gionee Marathon M5 in India, the Chinese company is gearing upto launch its plus variant in China. Gionee Marathon M5 Plus will be launched in China on 21st December.
Gionee has started teasing the launch of upcoming Gionee Marathon M5 Plus on Weibo. The company posted the above teaser confirming the name and launch date of the device.
As far as specifications are confirmed, there are no details about its hardware specs or its design. It is expected to carry same design as its predecessor, Gionee M5.
Gionee Marathon M5 Plus might come with even more battery capacity compared to 6,020 mAh battery present in the current variant. The company might also boost other specs of the device.
Gionee M5 Plus might sports a 5.5 inch HD (1280×720 pixels) AMOLED Display. It is powered by a 64 bit 1.3 GHz Quad Core MediaTek MT6735 Processor with 3GB of RAM. For Graphics it has a Mali GPU. It comes with a 13 Megapixel rear camera with LED flash. For selfies, It comes with a 5 Megapixel front camera. It comes with 16 GB on-board storage which can be further expanded up to 128GB via MicroSD card.
Gionee will launch the Gionee Marathon M5 Plus in China on 21 December. There is no word about its Indian launch date, but it may be launched in India next year.
