HMD Global has started sending out media invites for a launch event in India on 4 April. The company is widely expected to launch Nokia 6 (2018), Nokia 7 Plus and Nokia 8 Sirocco Android One set of smartphone in India next week. These new devices will go on sale from end of April or early May in the country.
The company has clearly mentioned that it will unveil the next milestone for Nokia smartphones. The prices of upcoming new Nokia 6, Nokia 7 Plus and 8 Sirocco is unknown but each of these phones will come in different price bracket.
Nokia 6 Android One features a 5.5 inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) 2.5D Curved Glass screen protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It is powered by a 2.2GHz Octa Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 Processor coupled with 3GB/4GB of RAM. For graphics, it comes with Adreno 508 GPU.
New Nokia 6 comes with a 16 Megapixel Autofocus rear camera with dual-Tone LED Flash and PDAF. For selfies, it comes with a 8 Megapixel front camera. It comes with 32GB/64GB on-board storage options which can be further expanded up to 128GB using MicroSD Card.
Nokia 7 Plus features a 6 inch Full HD+ (2160 x 1080 pixels) 2.5D Curved Glass screen protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It is powered by a 2.2GHz Octa Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 Processor coupled with 4GB of RAM. For graphics, it comes with Adreno 512 GPU.
Nokia 7 Plus has dual camera setup, It comes with a 12 Megapixel primary ZEISS optics and 13 Megapixel secondary with ZEISS optics rear camera with LED Flash. For selfies, it comes with a 16 Megapixel with ZEISS optics front camera. It comes with 64GB on-board storage which can be further expanded up to 128GB using MicroSD Card.
Nokia 8 Sirocco sports a 5.5 inch Quad HD (2560 x 1440 pixels) pOLED Display which is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 5. It is powered by a 64 bit 2.45GHz Octa Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 Processor with 6GB of RAM. For graphics, it comes with a Adreno 540 GPU.
Nokia 8 Sirocco Android One comes with dual camera setup, it comes with 12 Megapixel primary with 2L7 wide-angle lens and 13 Megapixel secondary with with 3M3 Telephoto lens rear camera with dual tone LED flash. For selfies, it comes with a 5 Megapixel front camera. It comes in 128GB in-built storage, which can be further expanded upto 256GB.
All these new smartphone will be launched in India on 4th April 2018.
