After launching the 4G services in South India, Idea has launched Idea 4G in Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Haryana and Punjab. The service has been stated in select cities of these states.
Idea 4G will also be expanded to multiple cities of MP and Chhattisgarh by 31st January. Indore, Bhopal and Raipur will be the first cities to get the LTE services. Area of Gwalior and Jabalpur will be covered by Idea 4G by 31st January.
Idea 4G will be expanded to 84 towns of Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh (MPCG) region by March 2016. The service will be expanded to Ambikapur, Anuppur, Bhilai, Bilaspur, Chhatarpur, Katni, Kawardha, Korba, Mandsaur, Neemuch, Rajnandgaon, Ratlam, Sagar, Satna, Sehore, Shahdol, Shivpuri, Ujjain and Vidisha.
Idea becomes the first 4G LTE provider in MPCG region. By March 2016 Idea 4G will be rolled out to three more regions including Maharashtra & Goa, North East and Orissa.
Idea aims to roll out the 4G LTE network to 750 towns in India by June 2016 in 10 regions. The telecom company is rolling out the LTE network rapidly. However the quality offered will be a major concern.
Idea 4G rates in MP starts at Rs 249 for 1GB data. The operator is offering introductory offer in which you will get double data benefit. Existing customers can upgrade to idea 4G for free.
