Microsoft has launched new budget smartphone in India called Microsoft Lumia 550 Dual. The smartphone is launched in India at Rs. 9,399. It comes with 4G LTE Support. It has 4.7 inch HD screen and Snapdragon 210 SoC.
Microsoft Lumia 550 Dual Sim sports a 4.7 inch HD(1280×720 pixels) TrueColor LCD Display with a pixel density of 315ppi. It is powered by a 1.1 GHz Quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 Processor with 1 GB of RAM.
Lumia 550 comes with a 5 Megapixel rear camera with LED flash. For selfies, It comes with a 2 Megapixel front camera. It has 8GB on-board storage which can be further expanded upto 200GB using MicroSD Card. Microsoft is also giving 30 GB of free OneDrive cloud storage.
Its connectivity options include 4G LTE, 3G, GPRS/EDGE, NFC, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, and Micro-USB. It packs a 2,100 mAh battery which provides 14 hours of talktime and 28 days of standby time on 3G network.
Microsoft Lumia 550 runs on Windows 10 for Mobiles. It will be upgraded to Windows 10 for mobiles. As the name suggests, it is a dual sim device with dual standby support.
