Along with Lumia 640, Microsoft has also launched its bigger version called as Microsoft Lumia 640XL. It comes with bigger screen, better cameras and bigger battery. However the processor remains unchanged.
It comes with free subscription of Microsoft Office 365 for one year and free 60 minutes International calling on Skype every month. Also there is a free 1TB storage on OneDrive.
Microsoft Lumia 640 XL sports a 5.7 inch HD(1280×720 pixels) IPS LCD ClearBlack Display which is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It is powered by a 1.2 GHz Quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 Processor with 1 GB of RAM. For Graphics, it comes with a Adreno 305 GPU.
It comes with a 13 megapixel rear camera without flash. For selfies, It comes with a 5 Megapixel front camera. It comes with 8 GB on-board storage which can be further expanded upto 128 GB using MicroSD Card.
Its connectivity options include LTE, 3G, GPRS/EDGE, NFC, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, and Micro-USB. It packs a 3,000 mAh battery. There is a dual sim variant too, which is called as Microsoft Lumia 640XL Dual.
Microsoft Lumia 640XL runs on Windows Phone 8.1. It will be upgraded to Windows 10 for mobiles.

Lumia 640XL comes in orange, cyan, black, and white colors. Lumia 640XL 3G price is 189 Euros (US$ 211/ Rs. 13,080) while Lumia 640XL LTE variant is priced at 219 Euros (US$ 245 / Rs. 15,160). It will go on sale from March.
