New Moto E (2015)Last night, Motorola announced the new Moto E Globally. Now, Motorola has started teasing the Indian launch of the Moto E (2nd Gen). The 3G variant will be launched in India for Rs. 6,999 ($113).

Motorola has not announced the price officially but in a teaser video, the price of the Moto E (2nd Generation) is revealed. The video also hints that Moto E with LTE will also be launched in India, however its pricing is unknown at the moment. The LTE version is priced at $149 in US, So Moto E LTE may be priced at Rs. 8,999 in India.

The New Moto E (2nd Gen) will carry the same price tag as its predecessor. Recently, Motorola had slashed the price of last year’s Moto E to Rs. 5,999. The new device will be exclusively launched on Flipkart. It will go on sale in India soon.

Motorola Moto E (2nd Generation) sports a 4.5 inch qHD (960×540 pixels) IPS Display. It is powered by a 64 bit 1.2 GHz Quad Core Snapdragon 410 Processor with 1 GB of RAM. For Graphics it comes with a Adreno 306 GPU.

The 3G variant is powered by a 1.2 GHz Quad Core Snapdragon 200 Processor paired with a Adreno 302 GPU. Rest all the specifications of both the variants remains same.

It comes with a 5 Megapixel rear camera with LED flash. For selfies, It comes with a 0.3 Megapixel front camera. It comes with 8 GB on-board storage which can be expanded up to 32 GB using MicroSD card.

Its connectivity options include 4G, LTE, 3G, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi, NFC, GPS/AGPS, Bluetooth, and Micro-USB. It packs a 2,390mAh battery which provides 24 hours of mixed usage time.

The device runs on latest Android 5.0 Lollipop. It is a dual sim device with dual standby support.
