Nokia unveiled Nokia X series during MWC in February. Nokia X was launched in India during second week of March. During Nokia X launch event, Nokia said Nokia X+ and Nokia XL will be launched in 60 days. It’s almost 60 days since Nokia X was launched. Earlier this month Nokia announced Nokia XL in India without availability and pricing details. Nokia didn’t revealed the details about Nokia X+.
It was expected that Nokia XL will be launched first but it seems that Nokia will launch Nokia X+ first than Nokia XL will be launched. Nokia has already started importing the Nokia X Plus for launching in India. Import listing Zauba suggests that several units of Nokia X+ has been already imported in India for retail sale.
As per the import listing, Nokia X+ has MRP of Rs. 11,289. It is imported for Rs. 6,889. So from the MRP it can be launched for Rs. 10,000. Comparing with Nokia X which has MRP of Rs. 9,499 and it was launched for Rs. 8,599. So Nokia X Plus will be launched around Rs 10,000-10,500.
Nokia X+ features 4-inch wVGA, it runs on 1GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon Processor with 768MB RAM. Nokia X+ also has 3 MP rear camera. It also has MicroSD card slot by which memory can be increased upto 32GB. Nokia X+ will come with a 4GB MicroSD Card.
It is available in green, black, white, yellow, cyan and red.
It runs on AOSP(Android Open Source Project) version of Android. It will not have Google Play Store installed instead it will have Nokia Android Store. All the default Google Mobile services are missing from Nokia X devices and Microsoft services will replace these Google services. It will have outlook, Nokia Here maps, OneDrive, Internet Explorer instead Gmail, Google Maps, Google Drive and Chrome respectively.

Nokia X+ will be launched during this week for around Rs.10,000. Let’s wait for the official announcement from Nokia and see at what price Nokia launches it. Currently there is no word about bigger Nokia XL, it may be launched during end of May.
