OnePlus is all set to launch its flagship smartphone OnePlus 2. The smartphone will be launched tomorrow. OnePlus 2 will go on sale next month. It will be sold via Invite system only.
As per Indian time, The Oneplus 2 launch event will take place at 07:30AM on 28 July. It is unclear whether the smartphone will be launched in India in first phase or not. But looking at the company’s promotion strategy, the smartphone is expected be launched in India tomorrow only.
Oneplus has already started taking registrations for a Oneplus 2 invites. The company has started reservation system for OP2 invites. You can signup by entering your email address at the company website. Around 280,000 people have already signed up for a invite.
OnePlus has already revealed that the OnePlus two will be costlier than the first smartphone. The company has earlier revealed several information like fingerprint scanner, Type-C USB Cable, 4GB RAM, Snapdragon 810 SoC and more.
Now hours before official launch, the Oneplus 2 gets listed on a benchmarking site. The listing at GFXBench reveals everything about the upcoming smartphone. The smartphone with model number A2005 have appeared online.
As per the benchmark test, OnePlus 2 will come with 5.2 inch Full HD screen. It is powered by a 1.7GHz Octa Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 Processor coupled with 4GB RAM. It comes with a 12 Megapixel rear camera and a 5 Megapixel front facing camera.
OnePlus 2 runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop. It will be launched tomorrow via OnePlus Cardboard.
