Oppo has launched a new Phablet in India, Oppo R1. The Chinese manufacturer has started operations in India earlier this year. Now the company has launched Oppo R1 in India at Rs. 26,990.
Oppo R1 features a 5 inch HD IPS Display with 1280×720 pixel resolution. It runs on 1.3 GHz Quad core MediaTek MT652 Processor with 1 GB RAM. For graphics it has Mali-400 MP2 GPU. It has 16 GB internal memory which cannot be expanded.
It comes with 8 megapixel Autofocus rear camera with Flash and 5Megapixel front camera. It has 2,410 mAh battery.
Oppo R1 has connectivity options like 3G, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth and Micro-USB. It is a dual sim device with dual standby support.
Oppo R1 runs on older Android 4.2 Jelly Bean out of the box, which cannot be upgraded to Android kitkat.

Oppo R1 is available in India at Rs. 26,990. The phone is available on various online stores and retail stores. Earlier Oppo had launched Oppo N1, Oppo Find 5, Oppo Neo. Oppo will also launch Oppo Find 7 in mid 2014 in India.
