Samsung has launched 2016 variant of Galaxy J5 called Samsung Galaxy J5 (2016). The smartphone is launched in China and will go on sale soon. It will be launched in India soon.
Samsung Galaxy J5 (2016) features a 5.2 inch HD ( 720×1280 pixels) Super AMOLED Display. It is powered by a 1.2 GHz Quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 Processor with 2GB RAM. For graphics, it comes with a Adreno 306 GPU.
Galaxy J5 (2016) smartphone comes with a 13 Megapixel Autofocus rear camera with LED Flash. For selfies, it comes with a 5 Megapixel front camera with a LED flash. It comes with 16GB on-board storage which can be further expanded up to 128GB using MicroSD Card.
Its connectivity options include 4G, LTE, 3G, HSPA+, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, GPS/AGPS, NFC, GLONASS, Bluetooth and Micro-USB. It packs a 3,100 mAh battery.
Samsung Galaxy J5 (2016) runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop. It is dual sim device with dual standby support.
