Samsung has launched a new smartphone under its On series in India called Samsung Galaxy On8 (2018). The device is launched with a price tag of Rs. 16,990. It has 4GB RAM and comes with dual rear cameras.
Samsung Galaxy On8 (2018) features a 6 inch HD+ (1480 x 720 pixels) 2.5D Super AMOLED Infinity 18.5:9 screen protected with Corning Gorilla Glass. It is powered by a 1.8GHz Octa Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 Processor coupled with 4GB of RAM. For graphics, it comes with Adreno 506 GPU.
Galaxy On8 (2018) comes with dual camera setup, it has a 16 Megapixel primary and 5 Megapixel secondary rear camera with LED Flash and OIS. For selfies, it comes with a 16 Megapixel front camera with LED flash. It comes with 64GB on-board storage, which can be further expanded up to 256GB using MicroSD Card.
Its connectivity options include 4G, VoLTE, 3G, HSPA+, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, GPS/AGPS, GLONASS, Bluetooth and Micro-USB. It packs a 3,500 mAh battery. It comes with fingerprint sensor on its back side.
Samsung Galaxy On8 runs on Android 8 Oreo. It is a dual sim device with dual standby support.
