Samsung has officially launched its flagship smartphone, Samsung Galaxy S7 during MWC. This year the company has brought back the expandable storage option. It will go on sale from next month.
Samsung Galaxy S7 comes in two variants – One with Snapdragon 820 Processor and another with Exynos Processor. It comes with always on display and 4GB RAM.
Samsung Galaxy S7 flaunts a 5.1 inch Quad HD (1440×2560 pixels) Super AMOLED Display at 577ppi. Its screen is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 4. It is powered by a 64-bit Exynos 8890 Octa-core (2.3GHz Quad-core + 1.6 GHz Quad-core) Processor with Mali-T880MP8 GPU. Another variant is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 Processor with Adreno 530 GPU. Both models have 4GB RAM.
Galaxy S7 comes with a 12 Megapixel F1.7 rear camera with LED flash. For selfies, It comes with 5 Megapixel f1.7 front camera. It comes in 32GB/64GB internal storage options, which can be expanded upto 200GB.
Its connectivity options include 4G LTE, GPRS/EDGE, 3G, Wi-Fi, GPS/AGPS, NFC, Bluetooth, and Micro-USB. It packs a 3,000 mAh battery which comes with fast charging support and wireless charging support. It has fingerprint sensor under its Home button.
Samsung Galaxy S7 runs on latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow with a layer of TouchWiz UI. It has water resistant coating with IP68 certification.
