Along with Galaxy S7, Samsung has also launched Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. The smartphone has been announced at the ongoing MWC. It has bigger 5.5 inch Quad HD screen.
Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge comes with bigger 3,600mAh battery. Samsung has introduced the latest flagship smartphone with Dual Sim option as well. The smartphone will be launched in India next month.
Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge flaunts a 5.5 inch Quad HD (1440×2560 pixels) Super AMOLED Display at 534ppi. Its screen is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It is powered by a 64-bit Exynos 8890 Octa-core (2.3GHz Quad-core + 1.6 GHz Quad-core) Processor with Mali-T880MP8 GPU. Another variant is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 Processor with Adreno 530 GPU. Both models have 4GB RAM.
Galaxy S7 Edge comes with a 12 Megapixel F1.7 rear camera with LED flash. For selfies, It comes with 5 Megapixel f1.7 front camera. It comes in 32GB/64GB internal storage options, which can be expanded upto 200GB.
Its connectivity options include 4G LTE, GPRS/EDGE, 3G, Wi-Fi, GPS/AGPS, NFC, Bluetooth, and Micro-USB. It packs a 3,600 mAh battery which comes with fast charging support and wireless charging support. It has fingerprint sensor under its Home button.
Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge runs on latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow with a layer of TouchWiz UI. It has water resistant coating with IP68 certification. It comes in Dual Sim variant as well.
