Samsung Galaxy Note7 smartphones are exploding worldwide. Many cases of smartphone being burnt have been reported. Recently Samsung announced that it will recall all the Galaxy Note 7.
The smartphone was announced in India last month for Rs. 59,990 and later it was up for pre-order in India. Samsung Galaxy Note7 was scheduled to go on sale in the country from 2nd September but it never happened.
Recently Samsung halted the sale of Samsung Galaxy Note7 worldwide and also announced massive recall. As per the company, the new Note 7 smartphone has battery cell issue.
Now The company has revealed that it will offer free Gear VR to all customers who had pre-ordered Samsung Galaxy Note7 in India. Earlier the company was offering the Gear VR for Rs. 1,990.
To compensate the delay, Samsung will offer Gear VR for free. However the company has not revealed when the Samsung Galaxy Note7 will go on sale in India.
As per reports, the company will replace 2.5 Million units of Samsung Galaxy Note7 sold. This is one of the biggest massive recall of any smartphone. It is good that the company is replacing the whole smartphone instead of battery.
Samsung Galaxy Note7 price in India is Rs. 59,990. It is expected to go on sale in India from next month.
