Chinese smartphone maker Vivo has launched a new smartphone, Vivo Y83 in India. The device has been launched in the country with a price tag of Rs. 14,990. It comes with 4GB of RAM and is powered by Octa Core MediaTek Helio P22 SoC. It is available via offline stores in India and will be available online soon.
Vivo Y83 features a 6.22 inch HD+ (720 x 1520 pixels) 19:9 FullView 2.5D curved Display protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It is powered by a 64-bit 2GHz Octa Core MediaTek Helio P22 MT6762 Processor with 4GB of RAM. For graphics it comes with a PowerVR GE8320 GPU GPU.
Vivo Y83 comes with a 13 Megapixel rear camera with LED flash. For selfies, It comes with 8 Megapixel front camera with LED flash. It comes with 32GB internal storage, which can be expanded upto 256GB.
Its connectivity options include 4G, VoLTE, GPRS/EDGE, 3G, Wi-Fi, GPS/AGPS, GLONASS, NFC, Bluetooth, and Micro-USB. It packs a 3,260 mAh battery which comes with fast charging support. It has Fingerprint sensor on its back side.
Vivo Y83 runs on Android 8.1 Oreo with a layer of Funtouch OS UI. It is a dual sim device with dual standby support.
