Xiaomi is finding it very hard to keep the details of upcoming Xiaomi Mi5 secret. The smartphone is scheduled to be launched on 24th February. The flagship smartphone will be unveiled in China.
The company has already announced that the smartphone will come with Full HD screen. Xiaomi is skipping the Quad HD panel on the Xiaomi Mi5. It is unclear why the Chinese company is opting the Full HD screen over Quad HD screen.
Now a very important aspect about Xiaomi Mi5 is leaked, the camera. Yes camera details about the smartphone have been surfaced. As per leaked reports, Mi 5 will come with 26 Megapixel camera.
With this type of camera, Xiaomi Mi5 might set new standards for photography in smartphones. The phone will be powered by a Snapdragon 820 Processor.
Xiaomi Mi5 will come in 3GB and 4GB RAM variants. The 3GB RAM model will come with 32GB internal storage while the 4GB RAM variant will have 64GB inbuilt storage. It will pack 3,000mAh battery.
Xiaomi Mi 5 will have fingerprint sensor mounted under home button. The smartphone comes with 5.2 inch Full HD screen (1920×1080 pixels). The screen will be protected with Gorilla Glass 3. It will run on Android Marshmallow.
Xiaomi Mi5 will launched in China next week on 24th February. There is no word about its global availability. We don’t expect it to be launched in India anytime soon.
