Xiaomi is all set to launch its first smartphone of 2016 in India. The Chinese company will first launch the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 in India. The smartphone is expected to be launched in March 2016.
Xiaomi has already started teasing the launch of new smartphone on its social media channels. The company is also gearing up to launch its flagship smartphone, Xiaomi Mi 5 in China next month.
Xiaomi RedMi Note 3 will be a budget smartphone and it will be priced around Rs. 12,000 in India. Xiaomi has also started a interesting program in which it will give the phone to 100 users and ask them to complete the mission.
Xiaomi RedMi Note 3 features a 5.5 inch Full HD (1920×1080 pixels) IPS Display with a pixel density of 403ppi. It is powered by a 1.8GHz Hexa Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 650 Processor with 2GB/3GB RAM. For graphics, it comes with a Adreno 510 GPU.
RedMi Note 3 comes with a 16 Megapixel rear camera with Dual-tone LED flash and Phase Detection AutoFocus. For selfies, it comes with a 5 Megapixel front camera. It comes in 16GB and 32GB inbuilt storage options, which cannot be expanded. It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop with MIUI.
Its connectivity options include 4G, LTE, 3G, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi, GPS/AGPS, GLONASS, NFC, Wi-Fi Direct WLAN, Bluetooth, USB OTG and Micro-USB. It packs a 4,050 mAh Battery with Fast Charging. It comes with Fingerprint sensor on its back side.
Xiaomi RedMi Note 3 price in India will be around Rs. 12,000. It comes in Dark Grey, Silver and Champagne Gold colors. It will be launched in India in March 2016.
