After reducing price of Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G, the company has now reduced the price of Xiaomi Redmi 2 in India. Its price is now reduced to Rs. 5,999 from the launch price of Rs. 6,999.
Xiaomi has reduced the price of Xiaomi RedMi 2 in India by Rs. 1000. With these price cut, the device has become more affordable. It will now compete against Coolpad Dazen 1 which is also priced at Rs. 5,999. But Coolpad Dazen 1 comes with 2GB RAM compared to 1GB RAM present in RedMi 2.
Xiaomi RedMi 2 sports a 4.7 inch HD (1280×720 pixels) IPS Display at 312ppi. It is powered by a 64 bit 1.2 GHz quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 Processor with 1GB of RAM. For graphics it has a Adreno 306 GPU.
