Xiaomi will launch its last year flagship device Xiaomi Mi4 in India on 28 January and before that Xiaomi has announced that it will be selling Xiaomi Mi3 in India on Republic day. Currently Xiaomi is also selling RedMi Note 4G without any registrations.
It will not be normal flash sale, instead Xiaomi will open up the registrations on 26 January and interested users will have to submit their email address registered on Flipkart. Then Xiaomi will automatically add the Xiaomi Mi3 into user’s cart.
Back in August, Xiaomi had discontinued Mi3 in India and started selling RedMi 1S. Later Xiaomi had put 25,000 units of Mi3 for sale and it took around three days to clear up the inventory. Xiaomi has not announced how many units of Mi3 will go on sale on Republic Day.
Xiaomi Mi3 features a 5 inch Full HD (1920×1080 pixels) IPS Display at 441ppi. It is powered by a 2.3 GHz quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 8274AB Processor with 2GB of RAM. For graphics it has Adreno 330 GPU.
Xiaomi Mi3 features a 13 megapixel rear camera with dual LED flash. It also has 2 megapixel front camera. It comes with 16 GB on-board storage which cannot be expanded.
Xiaomi Mi3 will go on sale in India on 26 January for Rs. 13,999. It looks like company will be clearing up the left out stock as Xiaomi Mi4 launch is round the corner.
Xiaomi Mi4 will be priced below Rs. 20,000 and if you can afford Mi4 then you should wait for it else if your budget is below Rs. 15,000 then you can go for Xiaomi Mi3.
