Back in March, Apple introduced 8GB model of iPhone 5c in various countries. The phone was rumored to be launched in India from many weeks. And Now Apple has launched iPhone 5c 8GB in India for Rs. 37,500.
Apple is offering launch offer discount of Rs. 3,500, the final price after discount becomes Rs. 34,000. Apple is also giving free case worth Rs. 2,300 for a limited time with the purchase of iPhone 5c reports NDTV Gadgets.
Apple iPhone 5c was not very successful and due to that apple introduced low cost iPhone 5c 8GB model. Apple launched iPhone 5c 8 GB in countries like UK, Germany and others. Later on it was rolled out to other countries.
The iPhone 5c 16GB was launched for Rs. 41,499, but is now available for Rs. 34,000 on online retail stores. While the official price is Rs. 39,999. However, apple is offering discount of Rs. 7,500 under buy back scheme so iPhone 5c 16 GB comes at Rs. 34,000. So iPhone 5c 8GB priced at Rs. 34,000 will be not be a success. Apple may offer similar discount on iPhone 5c 8 GB also which will bring price down to Rs. 30,000.
Apple iPhone 5c 8GB model has same specs only internal storage is reduced. Apple iPhone 5c features a 5 inch IPS LCD screen with 640×1136 pixel resolution. It has 1.3GHz dual core processor with 1GB of RAM.
Apple iPhone 5c sports a 8 megapixel autofocus rear camera with flash. It also has 1.2 megapixel front camera. It has connectivity options like 4G, LTE, 3G, wifi, Bluetooth And GPS. It has 1,510mAh battery.
Apple iPhone 5c runs on iOS 7.1 which is upgradable to iOS 7.1.1.
Apple iPhone 5c 8GB will be available for Rs. 37,500 in coming days.
