When iOS 7 was introduced, it was completely overhauled. In this process apple also changed its keyboard. Apple introduced two keyboard – Light & Dark Keyboard. It is upto developer, which keyboard to choose, but apple default apps use light keyboard such as message, safari and other apps. Many people like dark keyboard and there is no option to configure this.
Aplle in its iOS 7.1 beta 2 added option for dark keyboard, but in third beta this option was removed, so this tweak will help to get dark keyboard.
Note: Your iDevice must be jailbreak before using this tweak.
Now a new jailbreak tweak called Bloard by GN-OS is released in cydia’s Biggboss repo. This tweak is free and does what is says.

After installing the tweak, there is no new icon in home screen, there is just an enable option in Setting Pane. After enabling all app will use dark keyboard instead of light keyboard. If you want your light keyboard back disable the option from setting pane
