Samsung has launched its first foldable smartphone in India. The company has launched Samsung Galaxy Fold in the country with a price tag of Rs. 1,64,999. It is powered by Snapdragon 855 SoC and has 12GB of RAM.
Samsung Galaxy Fold flaunts a 7.3 inch QXGA+ (1536 x 2152 pixels) Dynamic AMOLED Display and 4.6 inch HD+ Super AMOLED cover display. It is powered by a 64-bit 2.84 GHZ Octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Processor with 12GB of RAM. For graphics it comes with a Adreno 640 GPU.
Samsung Galaxy Fold features triple rear camera setup, It comes a 12 Megapixel dual pixel primary, 12 Megapixel Telephoto lens and 16 Megapixel Ultra-wide sensor Rear camera with Dual LED flash and OIS. For selfies it comes with 10 Megapixel cover camera. It comes with 512GB internal storage, which cannot be expanded upto 512GB.
Its connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, GPRS/EDGE, 3G, Wi-Fi, GPS/AGPS, NFC, Bluetooth, and USB 3.1 (USB Type-C). It packs a 4,380mAh battery which comes with fast charging support and wireless charging support. It comes with fingerprint sensor on its side.
Samsung Galaxy Fold runs on latest Android 9 Pie. It is a dual sim device with dual standby support. It is water and dust resistant with IP68 certification.
