Samsung is all set to launch its upcoming flagship smartphone in the Note series expected to be called Samsung Galaxy Note 6. The new Note smartphone could be launched in the month of September.
Rumor mill has started to leak out the alleged specifications and features of the Samsung Galaxy Note 6. Several aspects of the smartphone have been leaked online. This year’s Note 6 will be huge update with multiple key changes.
Samsung Galaxy Note 6 is expected to packs huge 6GB of RAM. If rumors are correct then it will be the first smartphone the company to come with 6GB RAM. It will be included in elite club of smartphones having 6GB RAM.
Samsung Galaxy Note 6 will also come with bigger 5.8 inch screen. It will be a 2K Quad HD (1440 x 2560 pixels) Super AMOLED panel. There will be Corning Gorilla Glass 3 coating.
As with Galaxy S flagship smartphone, Samsung Galaxy Note 6 could be launched with both Exynos and Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset. It may be powered by Snapdragon 820 SoC as well as more powerful Exynos processor with 6GB RAM.
Samsung Galaxy Note 6 will also come with improved camera and it will pack huge 4,200mAh battery. Quick charging support will be present as bigger battery will require more charging time. The phone will also skip the micro USB port and it will be replaced with USB Type-C port.
The new Samsung Galaxy Note 6 might come with iris scanner feature. It will come in Metallic body. Its internal memory/storage will be 32GB. There will be an expandable slot too. It will also come with Dust and Waterproof design.
Samsung Galaxy Note 6 will run on Android 6 Marshmallow and it will be updated to Android 7 N after the launch. It is expected to be launched in September during IFA 2016.
