Samsung, the South Korean Manufacturer is working on yet another low-cost smartphone. The upcoming device with model no SM-G388F has been imported to India for testing purpose.
As per import listing from Zauba, Samsung has imported 8 units of SM-G388F from South Korean to India. The import price of the device is Rs. 6,292($101). The listing confirms that the device will come with 4.5 inch screen.
Along with import listing, Samsung SM-G388F also makes a visit at Geekbench 3.0. The Geekbanch database confirms other specifications of the device. Samsung SM-G388F will be powered by a 1.25 GHz quad core processor coupled with 1 GB of RAM.
Samsung SM-G388F single core score is 562, while the multi-core score is 1218. It will run on Android 4.4.2 Kitkat.
While the name of the device is still unknown but it might be another variant of Samsung Galaxy Core LTE. The Galaxy Core LTE with model number SM-G386F was launched last year, so it could be its successor.
There are no details about its availability and pricing of the device. Samsung might launch the device soon.
