Samsung launched its flagship device Galaxy S5 during MWC. It went on sale globally on 11 April. Samsung is always known for launching multiple variants of its flagship device. Galaxy S5 is no different, it variants like Galaxy S5 Mini, Galaxy S5 Neo, Galaxy S5 Active are rumored to be launched soon.
One of the variants of variants of Galaxy S5, Galaxy S5 Neo which has model number SM-G750 is rumored since long time. Earlier its user agent profile was spotted on Samsung website which revealed its specification. But the screen size of Galaxy S5 Neo was not listed on UAP.

Now, the import records from Zauba confirms that Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo (SM-G750) will have 6 inch screen. That’s a massive screen size.
But there is a conflict between import records. SM-G750 which was imported last month featured a 5.1 inch screen and the device which is imported couple of days back features a 6 inch screen.
It is not possible to say that what will be exact screen size of Galaxy S5 Neo, it may come with 5.1 inch or 6 inch screen. The doubt will cleared only after Samsung launches it officially.
Other rumored specs of Galaxy S5 Neo include, 720p screen and 2.3 GHz processor. Its availability and pricing details are unknown at the moment.
Update: @Evleaks has confirmed that SM-G750 will be Mega 2 not Galaxy S5 Neo. So Mega 2 will have 6 inch screen
