Xiaomi has launched a new variant of its last year’s flagship smartphone called Xiaomi Mi 5X in China. The smartphone comes with dual camera setup like this year’s flagship Mi 6 but has toned down specs. It is powered by SD 625 SoC.
Xiaomi Mi 5X features a 5.5 inch Full HD (1920×1080 pixels) LTPS 2.5D Curved Glass Display with a pixel density of 428ppi. It is powered by a 2GHz Octa Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 Processor Processor with 4GB RAM. For graphics, it comes with a Adreno 506 GPU.
Xiaomi Mi5X comes with dual camera setup on its back side, it comes with a 12 Megapixel rear camera and 12 Megapixel secondary camera with Dual-tone LED flash and Phase Detection AutoFocus. For selfies, it comes with a 5 Megapixel front camera. It comes with 64GB inbuilt storage, which can be expanded upto 128GB.
Its connectivity options include 4G, VoLTE, 3G, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi, GPS/AGPS, GLONASS, NFC, Wi-Fi Direct WLAN, Bluetooth, USB Type-C and USB Type-C. It packs a 3,000 mAh Battery with Fast Charging. It comes with Fingerprint sensor under its home button.
Xiaomi Mi 5X runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat with MIUI 8. It is a dual sim device with dual standby support.
