Micromax has now started selling the new Micromax Canvas 6 in India. Earlier this month it was up for pre-order and now it is available in the country for Rs. 13,999. It can be purchased from online stores and offline retail stores.
Micromax Canvas 6 E485 comes with fingerprint sensor. It comes in metallic body. It is the first smartphone from Indian manufacturer which comes with Fingerprint sensor.
Micromax Canvas 6 sports a 5.5 inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) IPS Display protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It is powered by a 64 bit 2GHz Octa core Helio X10 MediaTek MT6795m processor with 3GB of RAM. For graphics, it comes with a PowerVR 6200 GPU.
Canvas 6 comes with a 13 Megapixel rear camera with Dual-LED flash and PDAF. For selfies, it comes with a 8 Megapixel wide-angle front camera. It comes with 32GB in-built storage which can be expanded upto 64GB using MicroSD card.
Its connectivity options include 4G, LTE, 3G, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi, GPS/AGPS, GLONASS, Wi-Fi Direct, WLAN, Bluetooth, USB OTG, and Micro-USB. It packs a 3,000mAh battery which gives 9 hours of talktime. It comes with fingerprint scanner on its back side. It runs on Android Lollipop.
