Every year Apple launches one iPhone model but last year Apple surprised everyone with two models. And this year also Apple will follow the same suit. But this time Apple will not launch usual 4 inch smartphone instead Apple will launch bigger iPhones.
Ever since Apple has unveiled iPhone 5s last year, reports about bigger iPhone began to surface. Earlier this year alleged front panel was leaked. Then batteries were leaked. After that iPhone 6 case was leaked. After that there were many dummy units being leaked. Every leak points to bigger iPhones.
If reports are to be believed then Apple will launch two iPhone, one with 4.7 inch screen and other with 5.5 inch screen. Both the smartphone will carry the same design and screen size will be different.
Reliable leakster, Sonny Dickson has leaked several photos of both iPhones. While these are not original units instead these dummy units of iPhone 6. According to leaks photos, both iPhones will look like the dummy units.
Another leak from a Chinese website Weibo, compares the iPhone 6 with current iPhone 5s. As per leaked photos, Apple has slimmed down the iPhone 6 and has also thiner bezels.
Apart from back design, Apple has also relocated power/wake up button. The power button is now on the right side. The design of volume buttons are also changed. One thing which is ugly about iPhone 6 is that it has thick antenna line on its back panel. There are two antenna line , one on upper and other on down side of rear panel.
Another thing is that Apple iPhone 6 has cutout for single LED flash only while current iPhone 5s has dual LED flash and has pill size cutout. So if Apple continuous dual LED pattern then all these leaked images will not be true.
Other specification of device include QHD display, improved processor, bigger RAM, fingerprint sensor and other improvements.
Apple has already unveiled its latest operating system iOS 8 during WWDC. It is expected that Apple will launch iPhone 6 on 2nd September 2014. It will first go on sale in US, UK and other countries.
