Apple has officially confirmed that it will be holding an event on September 9. The reports about September 9 event surfaced last month and it looks like that the rumored date was correct indeed.
Apple has started sending media invites for launch event on 9 September 2014. As usual the invite is very cryptic and it doesn’t give any hint about new products. But earlier invites used to give some hints but this time invite doesn’t reveal much. The invite is in white color with a Apple logo and a text written on it.

Apple in the invite focuses on the date 9.9.2014. The date has bigger font, the date format and design indicates that Apple may also launch long rumored wearable device allegedly called as iWatch.
Apple may announce iWatch or may not but it will surely launch the next-gen iPhone to be called as iPhone 6. If reports are to be believed Apple will launch two iPhone on September 9, one with 4.7 inch screen while other with 5.5 inch screen.
Earlier several dummy units of iPhone 6 has been leaked, then some internal components were leaked and then home button of iPhone 6 was leaked. All these leaks indicates towards bigger iPhone.
Apart from all these iPhone 6 will also come with relocated power/wake up button. The power button is now shifted to the right side. The design of volume rocker is also changed.
